Scholarship Programs
Each club in the district is allowed to nominate two candidates each year with the number of scholarships given determined by the amount given to the Rotary Foundation.
Quarterly Assessment
The Club Membership pays quarterly assessments. The Dues portion basically cover our breakfast and our club's administrative operating expenses. An optional contribution can be made to the Rotary Foundation. Existing Paul Harris Fellows contribute a small amount to a fund that is used to subsidize new Paul Harris Fellows.
Meeting Fun & Games
We have a weekly raffle featuring an item donated by a club member. The tickets are $1.00 and the item is usually worth about $20 to $30.
We also have auctions occasionally for items donated to the club. Sometimes they are silent and sometimes they become quite exciting! |
